My Tesla referral reward hasn't shown up

Check three things first. Most missing Tesla referral rewards turn out to be one of them.

Check these first

• Has it been long enough? Give it a few weeks after delivery before chasing.
• Was the referral on the order? Look at your order details for the referral line. If it isn't there, see adding a code after ordering.
• Right account? Rewards land on the account the order was placed under.

Then ask

1. Contact support through the app or your account and say the referral reward from your delivered order is missing.
2. Include your order number, delivery date and the referral code used.
3. Keep the reply in writing.

This site can't look up orders or add rewards. Only the manufacturer can.
